DearAnnArt is a brand operated by HeyArtGroup Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Estonia. All courses, e-books, tutorials, and creative content available on this website are created by and/or licensed from Anna Koliadych, unless otherwise noted.

2. Acceptance of terms

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of dearannart.com.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 may access our content only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

You also confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to tutorials, videos, downloadable PDFs, worksheets, sketches, illustrations, and written materials — is the intellectual property of HeyArtGroup Ltd., created by and/or licensed from Anna Koliadych, unless otherwise noted.

Permitted use

Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may share a link to our content via social media, email, or other platforms.

Prohibited use

You may not, without our express written permission:

  • Download, copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content

  • Re-upload our videos or materials to any platform (YouTube, social media, courses, newsletters, etc.)

  • Use our content for commercial purposes or to teach others

  • Embed or publish our content on your own website, blog, or course

  • Use our content to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models

Violations may result in legal action, removal of access to our services, and claims for damages or injunctive relief. We reserve the right to monitor usage and take necessary action to protect our intellectual property.

5. Course access — lifetime purchases

When you purchase a course labeled as "lifetime access," you will retain access to that course for as long as it remains available on our platform.

  • Included materials: all video lessons, PDFs, templates, and downloadable materials available at the time of your purchase.

  • Course updates: if we publish a significantly revised version of a course, it may be offered separately and is not automatically included in your original purchase.

  • Platform changes: if we migrate to a new platform, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure you retain access to your purchased content.

  • Downloads: only PDF and worksheet files may be downloaded for personal use. Video content may not be downloaded.

  • Account standing: your account must remain in good standing to retain access. We reserve the right to revoke access if you are found in violation of these Terms.

6. Subscription terms

We offer and promote subscription communities hosted on third-party platforms. These subscriptions are managed entirely by the respective platforms and are governed by their own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for billing, cancellation, or access decisions made by those platforms.

By subscribing to any of our communities, you gain access to content as described on the relevant community page at the time of your subscription.

  • Billing & cancellation: managed by the hosting platform. Please refer to their terms for details on cancellation and access upon cancellation.

  • Refunds: we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for first-time subscription purchases. After 7 days, or if a free trial was used and not cancelled before it ended, refunds are not available. Contact us at support@dearannart.com to request a refund within this window.

  • Price changes: we reserve the right to update subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will retain their current rate as long as their subscription remains active without interruption.

  • Fair use: each subscription is for individual use only. Shared or team access may result in revocation.

  • Promo pricing: if you subscribed at a promotional rate, that rate is locked as long as your subscription remains continuously active.

7. Promotions and discounts

  • Validity: all promotional offers are time-limited and valid only at the time of purchase.

  • No retroactive discounts: we do not apply discounts to previous purchases.

  • Promo codes: codes may only be used once per account. Misuse may result in account suspension.

  • Free content & bonuses: free materials or bonuses included as part of a promotion may be removed if the purchase is refunded or if access is revoked.

8. Refund policy

One-time course purchases

We want you to love what you learn. If you're not satisfied with a course purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@dearannart.com with your order details. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if we determine that our Terms have been violated — for example, if content has been redistributed or multiple refunds have been requested across purchases.

Digital e-book purchases

Because e-books are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once accessed, all e-book sales are final by default.

That said, we care about your experience. If the content wasn't what you expected, something went wrong technically, or it simply doesn't feel right — reach out to us at support@dearannart.com and we'll figure it out together.

9. EU customers — digital content & withdrawal rights

A note for customers in the European Union: Under EU law, you normally have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by completing a purchase of digital content on our website, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has begun.

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and services, the act of completing a purchase on dearannart.com constitutes your explicit request for immediate delivery and your acknowledgment that your right of withdrawal is waived at that point.

This does not affect our voluntary 30-day refund policy for courses, which goes beyond what EU law requires.

Your statutory consumer rights under Estonian and EU law remain unaffected by anything in these Terms.

10. Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HeyArtGroup Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, content, or services.

Our maximum total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (EUR €100), whichever is greater.

All services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for any disruptions, errors, or service issues caused by third-party platforms (including Skool, Shopify, or payment processors). Any such issues are governed by the agreement between you and that provider.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyArtGroup Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;

  • any content you submit, post, or share in connection with our services;

  • your use of our website or services.

12. Third-party services

Our website and services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms including Skool, Shopify, Klaviyo, and others. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a way that could harm us, our customers, or our content.

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Dispute resolution & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We always prefer to resolve any issues amicably — please contact us first at support@dearannart.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to contact a consumer dispute resolution body in your country. A list of certified bodies is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.

16. Affiliate Links 

Some pages on this website may contain affiliate links, including links to products on Amazon. This means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely use and believe in.
