Refund policy
We want every experience with DearAnnArt to feel worth it. Here's how we handle refunds for each type of purchase.
Online Courses — 30-day refund If you're not happy with a course, just reach out within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Email us at support@dearannart.com with your order details and we'll take care of it.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
E-books — Because e-books are delivered digitally, we're not able to offer automatic refunds once the file has been accessed. But if the content wasn't what you expected, something went wrong, or it simply doesn't feel right — reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Subscriptions — 7-day refund For first-time subscribers, we offer a 7-day refund from the date of your first payment, no questions asked. After that window, or if a free trial was used and not cancelled before it ended, refunds are not available.
A note for EU customers 🇪🇺 Since all our products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase, the standard 14-day EU withdrawal right does not apply once you've accessed your content. That said, our 30-day course refund goes well beyond what EU law requires — because we actually want you to be happy.
